② Tour Explanations, changing clothes 10 minutes
③ 10 minutes by bus to Nakagawa headwaters
④ shower Climbing 90 minutes
⑤ Commemorative photo, break, etc. 30 minutes
⑥ Move to Outback Base 15 minutes
⑦ Change clothes, dissolve 15 minutes
It's a pack of stuff. Wetsuits, life jackets, shoes, helmet rental fees, and insurance fees are all comics. All you need to bring is a swimsuit (underwear is OK), a towel, and a water bottle to wear under the wetsuit!
