Using homemade buckwheat flour, a dedicated buckwheat craftsman will carefully guide you. All tools and materials are available here, so feel free to come empty-handed. The "soba" you hit yourself is exceptional! You can boil the struck soba at the shop and enjoy it. * +850 yen with "cooking set"! You can enjoy it with soba.

Discerning Izushi soba

Gensoba is mainly used locally and domestically. Soba noodles grown loosely under the four seasons of Tajima are homemade floured with a stone mill in the amount used to bring out the traditional taste and aroma. Freshly made buckwheat flour uses fresh water from Izushi, and is reborn as a flavorful soba with the skill and heart of craftsmen.
