*When making a reservation, please make a reservation according to the date of the first experience. This is a course where you can experience shaving or glazing after forming a solid shape using a technique called hand-forming, in which string-shaped clay is layered and shaped. We have a good reputation for the quality of 15 kinds of uniquely formulated glazes. There is a course to make glaze, so there are many people who are addicted to ceramic art from where they are interested! The soil is mainly Shigaraki clay, and other clays from all over the country are available.
We offer a pottery class for kids and a mole club, and the instruction for children is very popular! Based on the emotional education of children through pottery, we are also focusing on the development of human resources who will lead the next generation of Japanese society.
There are members of various levels, such as beginners, those with experience in pottery, and those aiming to become professionals. The book corner about pottery is also substantial.
