About cancellation	In case of cancellation, please contact us by 20:00 the day before. If there is no contact or if we cannot contact you, we will return the high-speed boat ticket that you have arranged, so we will treat it as a cancellation. In that case, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee. Please note that cancellation after payment cannot be refunded.
About event termination	Generally, tours will be held unless there is poor visibility due to bad sea conditions or weather, which interferes with boat operations or prevents beach lifeguards from monitoring, or swimming is prohibited in the swimming area. If a cancellation is decided the day before, we will contact you directly by mobile phone. If the boat company makes the decision on the morning of the day, we will call you by mobile phone from around 7:00-7:30 AM, starting with those with the earliest boat departure, as soon as the cancellation decision is made.
