Tour Wave SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) Experience! Want to try SUP once? Anyone who wants to have fun can participate with confidence. Let's try it out! SIJ (Japan SUP Instructors Association) certified instructors and SUPA (Japan Stand Up Paddle Board Association) certified instructors will carefully teach you the basics, such as where to stand on the board and how to hold the paddle. After a lecture on the basics of SUP and how to paddle on the beach, you will start practicing on the sea! Start from a seated position, and when you get used to it, you will finally stand up and paddle! Enjoy the new view from the sea. ~Schedule of the day~ (If starting at 9:00) 9:00 Gather on the beach and complete the reception, and first receive a thorough lecture on the basics on the beach. 9:20 Let's try it out on the sea! An exciting SUP experience! First, get used to the board in a seated position. Once you get used to it, slowly stand up on the board and paddle! 11:00 SUP experience ends! Continue with beach cleaning! (Only for those who wish to do so) We will return to the beach and explain how to receive the photo data. Please cooperate with the beach cleaning at a time that suits you.

前からやってみたかったスタンドアップパドルボード!家族で体験しました。 初めは子供も私達親も悪戦苦闘でしたが、丁寧に教えてくださり時間が経つにつれて自由自在にボードを漕ぐ事が出来ました。 広い海の波に揺れながらボートに立ってみたり、寝そべってみたりあっという間の2時間でした。 写真もたくさん撮っていただき、終わった後に携帯に取り込んでくださいました! 本当に楽しい時間を過ごせて満足です!

Enjoy the increasingly popular SUP experience at Yuriage! SUP is a workout with moving meditation that can be effective for mental health. Let's start SUP in the majestic Natori River, with safety as the first priority! Anyone is welcome to join, whether it's family, friends, or coworkers. After SUP, enjoy seafood from Miyagi at a riverside BBQ with a great view! Schedule for the day *Times are approximate. 9:30 Meet at Kawamachi Terrace Yuriage. 9:30-12:00 *Approximately 2.5 hours SUP experience Changing clothes 5-10 minutes Training on land 20 minutes Preparation of equipment 20 minutes Water training 1 hour (including a 5-10 minute break) Cleaning up 30 minutes Showering and changing clothes 10 minutes 12:00-14:00 Kawamachi Terrace Riverside BBQ [BBQ contents] Seafood, meat, vegetables, rice balls + tea What to bring Clothes that can get wet, marine shoes, change of clothes, bath towel, etc. Please fill in your height and weight when applying to prepare a wetsuit.
