After checking in at Blue Grotto, you will be accompanied by a staff member in a car to a safe, shallow, sandy beach. Our staff will provide thorough instruction on how to paddle and operate the SUP and kayak, route guidelines, and safety precautions on the beach. The tour will proceed even in the rain if safety is assured. Except for typhoons and other special weather conditions, the tour generally operates rain or shine. If you have a preference, please choose one of the following: a private beach, Kabira Bay, or mangroves. Please inform us at the time of booking. However, the field conditions are not determined solely by rain; they vary depending on various factors, including wind, waves, and tide levels. Therefore, we may cancel the tour even if the weather is clear if we determine that the conditions are unsafe. Thank you for your understanding. If the tour is canceled, we will contact you. If the listed plan is difficult to implement due to weather conditions, we will cancel the tour or suggest an alternative field that will have minimal impact on the day. If you have any questions, our on-site staff will be happy to assist you and provide tailored advice. You can enjoy the experience at your own pace, whether you're exploring the ocean in a kayak, trying your hand at SUP, or just relaxing on the beach, so even beginners and first-timers can join us with peace of mind. Rental equipment is included in the price! Please note that there are limited sizes and quantities of equipment. *Instructions are primarily in Japanese. *Child life jackets are available for children over 100cm tall. *You can bring your own bath towels or rent them.
