You can enjoy the waterfront of Yokohama's Ooka River and Minato Mirai city on a stand-up paddle board (SUP), which is easy for anyone to learn. The view from a SUP is otherworldly. Whether you're visiting Yokohama for the first time or are a local, you'll be able to discover a new side of Yokohama. We offer courses ranging from beginner courses to 6km mid-range tours for experienced people. SUPA (Japan SUP Association) or SIJ (Japan SUP Instructors Association) certified instructors will provide courses and guides. As a rule, we limit groups to 6 people or less, and provide detailed instruction tailored to the physical strength and skill level of each participant. We will take plenty of photos during the tour, so you can have fun after SUP too.

Mizubeso's home slope, Ooka River, is one of Yokohama's most famous cherry blossom viewing spots. The river is at its busiest when the cherry blossoms are in bloom. A SUP tour where you can go up the Ooka River lined with cherry blossom trees and enjoy cherry blossom viewing to your heart's content. You can have a fantastic experience that is far removed from the real world. The weather can be unstable in spring, but even when it rains, the vibrant cherry blossoms will make you feel excited. It's also fun to cross the snowflakes and flower rafts on a SUP as the cherry blossoms begin to fall. There are fewer boats sailing on weekday mornings, so I think it's easy for parents and children to participate, or even those who aren't used to rowing. As the cherry blossom viewing boats are very crowded on holidays, we welcome participation from people who can control the board well. In addition, for those who are new to SUP or are inexperienced with SUP, we offer beginner's classes only in the early morning when there are fewer boats. Private tours for groups are also possible, so please contact us. (English speaking ability varies greatly depending on the staff, but we have a track record of working with many foreigners. This is an English SUP school & tour for foreigners. We provide small group and thorough lectures for those who have SUP experience as well as those who are trying it for the first time. The port city of Yokohama has a long history of development due to its port and canals. In addition, before World War II, this area had many military facilities, factories, and shipyards. After the war, the shipyards were reclaimed, and vast business towns, high-rise residential areas, large shopping malls, urban ropeways, and more were formed. In addition, the civil engineering heritage that formed the foundation of the port city of Yokohama is actively preserved and utilized, and you can enjoy a SUP tour while touring these places. We also recommend a SUP tour while viewing the world-famous Sakura. The Ooka River that connects to the port is a famous spot for Sakura. A Sakura SUP tour on the Ooka River when the flowers are in full bloom will be a special experience. We also offer tours for groups and rental of megaSUPs that can accommodate six people, so even those who cannot swim can participate. Please contact us.
