We will teach you how to hold the paddle, how to row and how to balance on the board. This plan is a tie-up with the beach house "Hamachaya Diamond Head". You can freely use not only showers and toilets, but also a beach bar where you can eat on the wooden deck. [Tandem SUP for two or more people] [SUP for everyone] Enjoy playing in the water at your own pace in the Miyagawa River. With your small child (from age 2) with the whole family... SUP with your partner... "Tandem SUP" is a SUP board that is paddled by two or more people. With multiple paddlers, it offers a sense of security that single SUPs do not. This program can be enjoyed without getting wet, and is also recommended in spring and autumn. Anyone can participate, including small children (any age is OK as long as they can sit), dogs, and energetic seniors.

This tour involves cruising on a SUP in the crystal clear waters known as Maeda Blue. Sunset SUP cruising with the sun setting over the west coast in the background is also popular. We only offer one group per tour, so you can have a completely private tour without worrying about other customers. We will take photos of you during the tour and give you the digital data immediately after the tour ends. Of course, this is free of charge. Thanks to the friendly and thorough lectures from our veteran guides, even beginners will be able to stand up and paddle! Our guides are locals, so they are familiar with the geography and ocean of the surrounding area and will take you to secret beaches. Long cruising while enjoying nature in SUP. Lecture on land, there is a cruise (Hinumagawa from Nakagawa river mouth) such as scheduled plan of the river, but you can choose a course tailored to the physical strength you freely.

Tour the pine-covered islands of Matsushima Bay in a small group tour on a SUP (stand-up paddle board)!! The small number of participants allows the instructor to give expert advice on paddling techniques and keep participants safe. The instructor is from Taiwan, so you can communicate in English, Mandarin, and Japanese! We have over 10 years of SUP experience, and have been a Taiwanese national team SUP athlete. Drawing on my extensive experience, I will guide you through an enjoyable SUP tour while ensuring the safety of the participants. Let's experience the beautiful Tohoku region together.

SUP involves standing on a long board like a surfboard and paddling while maintaining your balance. Whether you ride the waves in the ocean or go down rapids in a river, SUP is now a popular sport around the world. Since maintaining your balance is quite difficult, HOA's tours are set up so that even beginners can enjoy it, with a course on the Saru River with a gentle current, so it's okay if you fall off many times! You can enjoy the beautiful valley while feeling nature with your whole body, and maintaining your balance also strengthens your core, making it a good exercise.
