生名島で初めてSUPしました 広島からは因島インターを降りて生名島行きのフェリーを車で乗って(普通車運転者込み1140円、大人150円)フェリーを降りて1キロほど車を走らせたビーチで集合となります。 初めてはパドルを使った準備体操とインストラクターの方から漕ぎ方を陸で教わった後ボードを持って離陸します。 立ち上がるまでは座って漕いで慣れたら立って漕いで行きます。海の上での休憩を含めてだいたい2時間程度supを楽しみました。 初めはぐらぐらして落ちたら怖いと思っていましたが慣れたら落ちても怖くないです!笑 sup後はビーチにあるキャンプ場でシャワーをして終了です。近くに温泉もあるので疲れを癒すことも可能です! 気分転換や県内の観光を行き尽くした方はぜひ!2回目は割引もある様なので、また利用したいと思います。
