友人と家族で参加させて頂きました。乳児のが居る事を伝えて居なかったこちらの連絡ミスではありましたが当日、到着した際に乳児でも大丈夫なのかとお伺いした所、「大丈夫です。以前にも参加された方が居ました」との返答。後でサイトを拝見すると6歳から参加可能となっていたので年齢を満たしていない場合はキチンと断って欲しかったです。漁船で無人島へ移動すると聞いていたのにいざとなるとバナナボートで行くと言われました。乳児を抱き抱えてのバナボートは不安で仕方なかったです。バナナボートでの移動だったので荷物もびしょ濡れ、私は子供が落ちないかと不安でいっぱいで無人島についても楽しめませんでした。ジェットを運転していたスタッフの方も乳児が乗っている事に危機感を感じていないのか下を向いて運転したり、片手で運転したり、急に減速して急に加速したりと常に不安なツアーでした。無人島も上陸禁止と書いているのに「何か言われたら教えてください」の一言。あり得ないと思いました。バーベキューの場所に移動しても炎天下で影もなく、バーベキューの用意もされておらずセットを持ってきてくれたのもかなり時間が経っていました。全員バナナボートで疲れている上に炎天下で体力も消耗しており予定よりもかなり時間を巻いて帰りました。ファミリー向けではないと思いました。サービスも最悪でした。

夏休み最後の思い出作りに親子3人（パパはお留守番w）でカヤックをしました☆ パパもいないし3人とも初カヤックなので不安でしたが、担当していただいた大島さんがとても優しく丁寧に指導して下さったので、不安がどっかに飛んでいきました！ 大きな広い海をカヤックに乗って漕いでいると、自然の壮大さを肌で感じられ、また広い海に私たちだけなのでとても贅沢な気持ちになれました。 無事に天然紀念物の神島にも行け、私も子供たちも大満足！とても楽しいステキな夏の思い出になりました。 子供たちも家に帰ってさっそく絵日記に描いてました(^-^)

スタッフさんの説明不足、確認不足で不安ばかりのダイビングでした。 BCに穴が空いており、中性浮力が取れないことに潜ってから気づいてとても怖かった。レンタルってこんなもの？ 最初に自分で確認すればいい話かもしれないが、ビギナーダイバー応援、と謳っているプランであれば最低限のフォローは欲しかった。 担当さんの自己紹介がなく、最後までお名前わからなかったり、逆にこちらの名前も知らないんだろうなという対応だったり。 ウェイトが用意されていなかったり。 船に人乗せすぎて大混雑だったり。 所々に不安な出来事が多すぎて、dive数一桁の私にはトラウマになるくらいのダイビングでした。たぶん2度と利用しません。
