台風の予報もあり、混雑していました。事前に予約していたから良かったものの、明らかに人手不足で上手くまわってないイメージ。予約していなければかなり待ったと思う。お盆の時期は人を増やせば、うまくまわって、回転率も上がり、待ち時間も減らせると思います。
