With this plan, you can choose your favorite stones one by one and experience making your own original natural stone accessories. All the stones and metal fittings in the experience corner can be used according to size, so you can make exactly what you want♪ ~Experience process~ 1. Reception Check in at Ruri Kobo on the 2nd floor of Akita Furusato Village. Be sure to tell us your name. 2. Size selection Choose the size of a bracelet, strap, or ring. 3. Design Arrange your favorite stones and metal fittings on a special board according to your size. 4. Thread the string through a rubber band or fishing line. 5. Why not try making "Kumiko" in Noshiro, the city of wood? Noshiro City, Akita Prefecture, is a town at the mouth of the Yoneshiro River, and has a convenient port for transporting felled Akita cedar. Lumber is exported domestically and overseas, and it was called "the No. 1 city of wood in the Orient". Even now, there are many wood-related companies in the city. We will assemble wooden "Kumiko parts" from scratch. There is some fine work, but the work of assembling them together is addictive! The finishing work using a file allows you to feel the pleasant scent of wood. *Wood material: Hiba You can choose from two types of "strap" with a diameter of about 5.6 cm and "coaster" with a diameter of about 10 cm (additional 500 yen).
