With a circumference of 4km and a 360-degree panorama, you can enjoy the comfort of horseback riding and a sense of unity that you can't get from a lead horse. The adventure course is a walking course of about 1km. As you pass through the valley, you can see various seasonal plants. Relax and enjoy the ride.

If you're lucky, you might even see a shooting star ☆ Enjoy an extraordinary experience. A professional guide will escort you, so anyone can participate with peace of mind. We also provide complimentary hot drinks to cool down your body after horseback riding. Children from about 130cm tall (approximately the age of a first-grader) can safely try it out ♪

Since the Warring States period, people have been using nature sustainably as a breeding ground for cattle and horses in the “Millennium Grassland” that spreads out on the north outer rim of the Aso Caldera. In this tour, under the guidance of the people who have inherited the grassland from generation to generation, you will actually handle the grassland by yourself and go around the roadless road. After the horseback riding, we will have a lunch picnic in the middle of the grassland with the local farmers who are our “guardians.” After lunch, under the guidance of a guardian, you can enjoy the "Guardian of the Grassland" experience, such as cutting thatch using a traditional sickle and making a rope using pampas grass and thatch from the grassland. 〜Experience schedule〜 10:00 Orientation After meeting at the Aso Grassland Conservation Activity Center, we moved to the northern somma crater experience area by private car. 10:30 Thousand Year Grassland Horse Riding (30 minutes of lecture/training, 60 minutes of horseback riding) Participants will ride their own horses, rather than pulling horses, through the grasslands. 12:00 Thousand Year Grassland Picnic Lunch Example of menu (Please select one from the following when applying.)
