The second summer vacation special (planned to be held with a small number of people) is a tour that only children can participate in. Parents are only required to pick up and drop off their children. (Elementary school students who can travel to Chofu Station by train can be picked up at the station. Drop-off will also be to Chofu Station.) This is a river rummaging experience tour with the goal of capturing and observing 10 types of river creatures. ▼Schedule・9:00: Meet at Fukadai Nigiwai no Sato in Chofu City・9:00-30 minutes: Lecture on creatures (parents can also participate)・10:00-11:30: Upstream tour (walking) ⇒ Target: Oyanirami, Oniyanmaago, Buddha loach, Crayfish, Snake Black Dragonfly, Crane fly larvae, Marsh shrimp, Crayfish, Loach, Moroko, Yamakagashi (observation only)・12:00-13:00: Lunch at a nearby restaurant (nearby restaurant) Walking distance, lunch will be covered by the host. )・From 13:30: Midstream tour ⇒ Target: Japanese mitten crab, Japanese minnow, red ear turtle, Japanese pond turtle, soft-shelled turtle, dragonfly nymph (early summer only), marsh shrimp, crayfish, loach, Japanese scorpionfish, carp, crucian carp, killifish, mosquitofish (observation only), bullfrog (observation only), Japanese rat snake・Around 15: End (Meet at Fukadai Nigiwai no Sato, Chofu City/Disband) Items to bring: Marine shoes (from the end of March to October), swimsuit, rash guard, spats, drinks, hat, backpack, plastic case for takeaway + bubble (battery-powered oxygen supply machine) Things to prepare on your side: Car transportation, rubber boots (from November to mid-March), net, storage bucket This is a tour mainly about exploring the river. Meet at Chofu Station (for train passengers) or Fukadaiminawai no Sato (for car passengers) from 3:30 pm to 3:45 pm Briefing session from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm Explore the spring water upstream, search for several kinds of nymphs, river crabs, fish, and loaches. from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm Eat at a nearby restaurant (we will provide food) from 7:00 pm Forest tour starts from 8:30 pm to 9:00 pm Ends at Nishi-Kokubunji Station rotary What you need to bring: Marine shoes (from the end of March to October), swimsuit, rash guard, spats, drinks, hat, rucksack, plastic case for takeaway + bubble (battery-powered oxygen delivery machine) What you need to prepare: Car transportation, rubber boots (from November to mid-March), net, storage bucket That's all. You will experience catching beetles and stag beetles at private sites in the Chofu City and Mitaka City areas. I am a host who loves insects and breeds about 500 insects a year. Due to the natural environment, it may not be possible to catch them after rain. Due to many requests from early elementary school students and preschoolers, we will be changing the start time to 8:00 or 9:00 a.m. ▼Schedule/Meeting We will meet at the meeting point at 4am in the morning. After explaining the rules for the day, we will move to 3 to 4 points by bicycle. We will observe and capture fish until 7am. The lecturer may be Tosshi or co-hosts Ryo and Sora depending on the circumstances. We look forward to your participation.
