~A half-day experience of experiencing history and culture as you stroll through the castle town of Kitsuki in a kimono~ Kitsuki, Oita Prefecture, is known as Japan's only "sandwich-shaped" castle town. Samurai residences stand on the hilltops, and the townscape where merchants once lived in the valleys is still carefully preserved. On this tour, you'll enjoy a leisurely stroll through the historic castle town of Kitsuki in a kimono. Professional kimono dressers will carefully dress you in your kimono at Warakuan, a traditional Japanese clothing experience facility beloved by locals. Even first-time kimono wearers can participate with confidence. After donning your kimono, you'll experience the townscape reminiscent of the Edo period as you stroll along cobblestone slopes and quiet alleys. Your guide will be a local resident with a deep understanding of Kitsuki's history and culture. Speaking both Japanese and English, you'll receive a thorough and easy-to-understand explanation of the town's historical background, architecture, and samurai culture. This tour is also recommended for international visitors. The tour also includes a traditional tea ceremony experience at Tomaya, a long-established tea shop. Experience a tranquil moment in a serene setting, immersed in Japanese hospitality and the spirit of tea. If desired, you can also visit Nakano Sake Brewery, a long-established sake brewery in operation for six generations. You'll tour the brewery, home to Chiebijin (Wisdom Beauty), a sake highly acclaimed both domestically and internationally, and experience the profound depths of Japanese sake culture. Access: From Beppu to Kitsuki, you can take the JR train. After arriving at Kitsuki Station, you can take a taxi to Warakuan, the kimono dressing venue. Alternatively, a direct taxi from Beppu costs approximately 8,000 to 10,000 yen one way. For groups of four or more, we recommend taking a taxi. Experience history, culture, kimono, tea ceremony, and sake all in one place, and enjoy a special time in Kitsuki.

This special, completely private hot spring tour takes you through Beppu, Japan's most famous hot spring resort. We offer a relaxed and efficient tour primarily by car, focusing on the unique "Hell" hot springs and fumarole areas, as well as the atmospheric Kannawa hot spring town. Because this tour is privately tailored to each group, the itinerary can be tailored to suit your age, physical ability, and interests. We will propose a route that best suits your preferences, whether it's a course with less walking, an emphasis on photo spots, or a hot spring-focused route. Our English-speaking Japanese guide will carefully explain Beppu's hot spring culture, history, and geothermal systems in a way that is easy for inbound tourists to understand. The tour combines a "Hell Tour" including Beppu's iconic Umi Jigoku, a stroll through Kannawa hot spring town with rising steam, and views and stops only known to locals. Along the way, you can take a break at a cafe using local ingredients and experience the traditional Japanese cooking culture. The tour concludes with a recommended hot spring. Depending on your preference, you can enjoy a hot spring experience unique to Beppu, such as a private hot spring, an open-air hot spring with a beautiful view, a steam bath experience with the distinctive smell of sulfur, or a visit to the Myoban hot spring area. This tour is not just about sightseeing, but is also focused on "deeply experiencing Beppu's hot spring culture." It is recommended for both first-time visitors and repeat visitors. I will start before the statue of the oil shop Kuma 8 in front of JR Beppu Station and visit the local specialists guide to the Beppu station. A funny bronze statue that first arrives at Beppu. Beppu sightseeing is a waste without knowing "oil shop Kuma 8" which became a model of the statue! I have never seen such an amazing and humorous idea man ever. We will also show you the places introduced in Blatamoli. It is a town walking tour that you can enjoy Beppu sightseeing ten times and experience hot spring culture. About 1 hour
