About 40 minutes by car from Hakata. In a pottery workshop surrounded by rich nature, you can experience pottery making a matcha bowl and matcha tea. A craftsman who was awarded the [Modern Master Craftsman] award in 2020 will carefully and kindly teach you how to make Japanese sweets. Demonstration first! I'm looking forward to seeing what you can do. Next, let's actually make them (2 pieces). Japanese sweets that are fun to look at and make, such as seasonal flowers and fruits. This bamboo basket, called Shikai-nami, is about 13 cm in diameter and 10 cm in height. It was originally a flower basket, but can be used as a small item holder.
