We will accept you at our shop 30 minutes before the start time and explain how to ride the sap and how to use the oars.
フリーでやらせてくれて、外海に出たりはせず波も穏やかなゾーンなので、立てなかった人が立つ練習をしたり、ステップアップにはとても良かった。おかげで今までで1番安定して立つ事ができました！ ただこのフリーな感じは初心者に対してはおすすめできないかも。我々は経験があったのでやりやすかったが、我々と入れ替わりで更衣室で一緒になった年配のご夫婦が初めてと言われていたので、少し心配になった。 あとこれはどうしようもない話だが、和歌山や明石でやるより水は黒い。ただ慣れればなんて事ないだろうし、シャワーもしっかり完備されてるので大丈夫。ただいつもより落ちたくない願望が強かった。 トータルで考えると手頃に近くで楽しめる点と価格を考えたら合格点！

サップ2回目の場所として、家からちかいというのと、リーズナブルなので、選びました。 一回目は、明石のほうで、きれいな海でさせてもらって、西宮浜は、水質的にきれいとは、言えませんが、練習するには、、問題なくいいとおもいます！ 私が行った日は、風がものすごく強くて、流されそうで、戻るので必死でしたが、最後の方は、立つこともできましたし、とても、楽しい思い出になりました☆ スタッフさんも、皆さん明るくて気さくな感じの方ばかりでした☆ また、練習しにいきたいとおもいます☆
