After closing time, Okayama Castle will be rented out for the night. A "Sword Trial Experience" will be held at a special outdoor venue. In addition, "Kachidoki Meshi," a banquet dish from the Warring States period that Uesugi Kenshin, who loved Bizen swords, ate to pray for victory before going into battle, will be arranged for inbound tourists. Gastronomy using an abundance of local Okayama products will be served in the castle tower.

Japanese guests can enjoy practicing and conversing in English in a natural setting. About your guide: Your guide is American, and is a long-term resident of Okayama Prefecture. She is a Japanese sake aficionado and is certified as a Sake Sommelier by the Sake Sommelier Association (London).
