Its unique production method, involving simultaneous fermentation of yeast and koji, produces fragrant sake from rice. ◆Schedule and Content ① At the newly opened Fujio Sake Shop on September 5th, you will sample three unique sake varieties. You can take home your favorite bottle (4-cup bottle). The three varieties will change daily. Approximately 30 minutes ② We will move to Kujo Tokyo and take a mini lecture on how sake is made using a large screen. Afterwards, enjoy a glass of sake and a dish. Approximately 30 minutes ③ We will move to a nearby restaurant for dinner with sake. Examples include monjayaki, ochazuke, soba, udon, grilled rice balls, and pressed sushi, which vary depending on the day.
