This course includes a lecture on the experience (plus) paddle form instruction, quick turn practice, how to paddle faster, ocean conditions, wind conditions, and slope conditions. We will also teach you self-rescue (crisis management and escape methods when doing SUP) and other various curriculums, and we will teach you in a full 2.5 hours.
