山も海も空も綺麗な石垣島。 そんな大自然に囲まれた静かな海に浮かんで、のんびりゆったりのSUPヨガ。 まだ月が見えている時間に到着し、だんだん明るくなっていくのを感じながら過ごす時間は本当に贅沢でした。 おだやかな先生の声に導かれ、どんどんリラックスしていきます。が…だんだん立ちポーズに入ってくるとバランスをくずし始めます笑 そんなわけで何回か海に落ちましたが、浅瀬なので全く問題ありませんでした。 それに先生がバランスを保つコツなど優しく教えてくださいます。 日頃の喧騒から離れ心身共にリフレッシュでき、いつも頑張っている自分へのご褒美に最適でした。 最後に先生が披露してくださるポーズのことを何人かのかたも圧巻!と書かれておりますが、ほんとに素晴らしく自分もいつか上手にできるようになれたら良いなと目標ができました。 今回はサンライズだったので次はサンセットヨガも参加したいし、ぜひ皆さまにも体験してみて欲しいです!

This is a rental plan for a SUP (Stand Up Paddle) board. Take a walk on the sea at the calm and quiet Isshiki Beach. Since it is a rental board, the possibilities are endless! Rent a snorkeling set (for a fee) and jump into the sea from the SUP board! Of course, you can also spend your time relaxing. Pet dogs are not allowed. There are endless ways to enjoy SUP, such as SUP yoga and SUP fishing. If you add a lecture on land (separate), even beginners will be able to do it easily. After SUP, you can take a shower (separately 500 yen * paid by Isshiki BOAT) at "Isshiki BASE". - Tips for choosing a date - Isshiki Beach can be a hard sea on days when the wind exceeds 5m, so it is better to avoid it for beginners to intermediates.
SUP自体は何度か別の場所で体験したことがあったため、自由にSUPができるレンタルが魅力的だなと思い利用させていただきました。 予約時に貴重品の預かりについて質問させてもらったところ、受付で荷物の預かりをしてくださると聞いて安心して向かうことができました。 レンタル前に危険なところの説明とおすすめの綺麗なスポットを教えていただき、時間いっぱいのんびりSUPを楽しむことができました! この日おすすめしていただいた島は自身の実力に心配があったので断念してしまったのですが、今度お邪魔したときはぜひチャレンジしてみたいなと思っています。ありがとうございました!

日が暮れて少しだけ暑さ和らぐ夜のプールサイドで、初ナイトヨガ体験。良かったです!プール水面のキラキラと夜空にも星が見え、クーラーじゃない、心地よい自然の夜風を感じながら、(たまたま花火も見れました(笑))できました〜。難しいポーズは、時折、腕や足がプルプルでしたが〜苦笑 インストラクターの方も、とても明るくて楽しくレッスン受けられましたありがとうございました。ヨガウェアやマットもお借りできるようで、次回はお借りしてみよかな!又、参加したいです!

We will have fun in the beautiful sea of Tango, the Kyoto of the Sea, visiting caves, spectacular beaches that only guides know about, and diving spots while SUP touring. The location is Taira Campground / Beach in Tango-cho, Tango, Kyotango City (※Currently not open). It is within the San'in Coast Geopark, a UNESCO World Geopark. You can observe many valuable topographical and geological heritage sites, such as igneous rocks and strata related to the formation of the Sea of Japan, and coastal landforms formed by sea level and crustal movements since the time when the main islands were part of the continent. We have many people participate and enjoy, including families with small children (approximately 3 years old and above, individual differences), family trips, friends, couples, and elderly couples. We will carefully lecture and support even for beginners. In addition, our shop uses a stable inflatable type SUP, which can be used for tandem (two-seater) and SUP yoga. 海も綺麗で洞窟の中にもsupで入れて楽しかったです ただ、私が船酔いが酷くて、毎回酔い止めを飲むのですが、今回、薬を忘れてしまい、supで気持ち悪くなりましたが、お兄さんが、リーシュコードを繋いで引っ張って下さって助かりました! まだ、次回は、酔い止めを忘れずに参加したいと思います!楽しかったです。 一緒に、初めて参加した77歳の母親も楽しかったから、また行きたいと言っていました。 有難うございました
