Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. "All Japan Travel Association Travel Agent Liability Insurance" Coverage: Covers damages incurred by a travel agent who, during the insurance period, causes bodily injury, property damage, or financial damage to a traveler or other third party due to the travel agent's negligence in the care required in the course of their duties, and is therefore held legally liable for damages. "All Japan Travel Association Itinerary Guarantee Liability Insurance" Coverage: Covers damages incurred by the travel agent (insured party) in accordance with the provisions of the Itinerary Guarantee Liability Insurance when a significant change occurs to the itinerary stated in the contract document for a domestic package tour organized by a travel agent, as listed in Appendix 2 of the Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (for Agent-Packaged Tour Contracts and Custom-Ordered Tour Contracts). |
