Every morning after the morning meeting, all the staff check the sea conditions, and write down the weather, wind direction, wind speed, low tide time, and high tide time on notebooks and whiteboards and let each staff know. In addition, participate in advanced lifesaving at local fire departments, and acquire a BSAC snorkel instructor who can participate after acquiring advanced lifesaving qualifications. Participated in a seminar held by OMSB every year around November. Before the season begins and at the end of the season, we have time for general meetings to review trends and measures for safety. |
