From Mishima Station on the Tokaido Line, take the Izuhakone Railway to Shuzenji → Take the Tokai Bus bound for Matsuzaki from Shuzenji and get off at the Arari bus stop.

If you arrive by other means of transportation

Car ferry from Shimizu Port to Toi → Take the Tokai Bus toward Matsuzaki → Get off at the Anra-ri bus stop 15 minutes from the Tomei Expressway Shimizu Interchange to Shimizu Port, 65 minutes from Shimizu Port to Toi
