Matsuyama wetlands course

Shumarinaiko course

Up-down course starting from Lake Shonai. You can go over the Meijo tunnel from Kitamagosato Station ruins and Crystal Park, or go down to Fu-Ren to stop at Shizakura or "Michi-no-eki Sticky Rice Village ☆ Nayoro". If you are confident in your physical fitness, you can also go through Shibata.
