Plan description

Hydrospeed is a special rubber boat made for one person. With fins on your feet, you can slip through the waves and other obstacles by flapping your feet. You will feel an incredible sense of accomplishment when you conquer the rapids and large drops of the Tama River on your own. The fun is doubled because it is a one-person boat. It is full of thrills and fun, and is definitely worth experiencing at least once.

Time schedule

Reception Please arrive at the meeting time. The person who applied for the tour will submit the liability waiver form for all tour participants at the reception desk and then pay the bill.

Change of clothes/equipment We will provide you with all the equipment you need for your hydrospeed tour.

Safety explanation To ensure a safe tour, we will explain simple hydrospeed rescue techniques, including river signs, before the start of the tour.

Hydro Speed Start Once everyone has practiced repeatedly and learned how to operate the board, it's time to get started.

basic practice Basically, the guide will lead you to a point with a strong current while you practice.

Applied Practice After about five practice sessions, you will be able to make turns and become familiar with the flow of the river.

Challenge the rapids Once you get good at turning and swinging, try tackling rapids.

Relax There are also spots where you can relax and unwind. Let yourself go with the beautiful current and spend some relaxing time.

Diving experience During the tour, you can also experience diving. It's a thrilling experience. A dive from 8m high will get your adrenaline pumping.

Hydrospeed Goal Hydrospeed gives you a great sense of accomplishment and exhilaration. At the end, we all took a commemorative photo.

A tour leader always accompanies each rafting tour to ensure safety. Rafting guides hold the International License WRT. Rafting tour guides, canyoning tour guides, and tour leader guides for all tours organized by River One are regularly trained in rapids rescue techniques. They also hold the Okutama Canyoning Technical Rope Rescue Qualification and Rescue 3 International License. Rafting and canyoning tour leaders hold Wilderness First Aid (resuscitation) qualifications.
