In principle, we will decide whether to hold the event or cancel it based on the weather forecast at 8:00 p.m. the day before and 3:00 p.m. on the day of the event, and we will contact you only if the event is canceled. Even if we decide to hold the event and the meeting time has passed, we may cancel the event on site due to a sudden change in weather. In that case, we will refund the participation fee in full.
