The Junmai sake, brewed with locally harvested sake rice and the traditional Akita-style cold brewing method by Toji Yamauchi, is highly regarded as "the sake of the divine land of dancing gods." It won the gold medal at the 2023 New Sake Tasting Competition and the "Excellent Award" for three consecutive years at the 2024 Akita Prefecture Sake Competition in the Akita Prefecture Rice Division. With the full cooperation of the brewery "Oonogawa" in Yokote City, Akita Prefecture, you can experience sake brewing from rice planting to harvesting, fermentation, pressing, and bottling. In the special edition, you can experience new sake brewing with special guests and brewers, and tour the brewery, sample tastings, and sales! Then, move to the venue to taste the new sake. Enjoy the night in Yokote City, Akita Prefecture with delicious sake and talk events. ===================================================The third installment is finally the "New sake pressing experience"★ Stay tuned! ============================================================15:00 Meet at Oonogawa Co., Ltd.
