Matters require attention	1. The total distance of the chartered vehicle must not exceed 300 km. If the distance exceeds this limit, an additional charge of 150 yen per km will be applied. 2. Children under 6 years old must use a child seat (one child occupies 1 to 1.5 seats). Please inform us in advance of the number of child seats required. The first child seat is free, and an additional charge of 1,500 yen per child after the first child seat must be paid to the driver before boarding. 3. If the chartered vehicle exceeds the scheduled time, an additional charge of 2,500 yen will be applied for every 30 minutes (if more than 30 minutes, it is calculated as 1 hour), which must be paid to the driver before disembarking. Billed hours are calculated based on the scheduled boarding time and the disembarking time at the end of the trip. 4. For late night charter (22:00-6:00), an additional charge of 5,000 yen per hour will be applied, which must be paid to the driver before boarding.
