Plan description

A type of Thai tradition. A popular massage that is listed as a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage of Thailand. As Thai medicine, it aims to promote beauty, health, and relaxation. It includes not only finger pressure and kneading movements, but also various techniques such as stretching and arm cobra. The muscles of the entire body are stimulated with the palms, fingers, elbows, etc. in a relaxed rhythm like an elephant walking. (Dangerous techniques are avoided.)
