It is a long-established sushi restaurant that represents Japan and is known for offering new styles of Edomae sushi, such as the invention of gunkanmaki. ・Tanno Takashi (scheduled to be in charge of French buffet) Born in Yamagata Prefecture in 1988, he learned the basics of French cuisine from Ishii Yoshiaki at La Rochelle Minami Aoyama.
