The Matsue Suigosai Lakeside Fireworks Festival is one of Japan's leading fireworks festivals, held on Lake Shinji in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture. It is characterized by fireworks launched on the beautiful surface of Lake Shinji. Wide-ranging effects, such as continuous diagonal shots, continuous starmine fireworks, and simultaneous launches of 1000-meter fireworks from four boats, are reflected on the lake surface, creating a beautiful sight. The grand finale on the second day will be even more upgraded. Enjoy a spectacular and dynamic light show worthy of the "City of Water." In 2024, a total of 21,000 fireworks are scheduled to be launched, with 10,000 on Saturday, August 3rd and 11,000 on Sunday, August 4th.
