Plan description

Little Edo Kawagoe still retains the atmosphere of Edo. Kawagoe is famous for its historical scenery, including its warehouse-style streets, historical buildings, and cultural assets, but there are many other lesser known charms of Kawagoe, such as the rice and vegetables grown in the surrounding rural areas. This time, you can enjoy the experience of picking tea leaves from Sayama tea, which is said to be "the color of Shizuoka, the aroma of Uji, and the taste of Sayama," and Kawagoe tea, the roots of Sayama tea.

Tea picking experience

Experience picking the second-season tea leaves from Onobunseicha♪ If you're lucky, you might even be able to see the tea being picked on a riding tea picking machine! You can take home the tea you pick. Of course, you can drink it as tea, but we also recommend eating it as tempura!!
