Plan description

Dashi is the lifeblood of Japanese cuisine. We'll start with an easy way to make dashi at home. The dishes you'll learn will be boiled fish, simmered dishes, grilled dishes, steamed dishes, and salads (plus rice and miso soup). Start cooking efficiently while thinking about the steps involved. Cooking is all about making the food colorful, presentable, and plated. Now! It's finished. Gather around the table while it's still warm. Serving the food is also important (the direction and location of the plates). Learn table manners too. Food that you've taken the time and effort to make yourself should be delicious. ★Basically we only speak Japanese, but please let us know when you make a reservation.
