[Iwaizumi Town, Iwate Prefecture] Ryusendo Travel Village Campsite A tent sauna experience at the foot of a mountain surrounded by nature. Experience relaxing with cold water flowing from Ryusendo, one of Japan's three largest limestone caves. Tents are limited to 4 adults per group. (We can accommodate up to 2 groups of 8 people.) You can also experience Löyly, where water is poured onto sauna stones. After the sauna experience, you can use the coin shower for 10 minutes for 100 yen, and you can wash away the sweat before going home. The experience lasts 2 hours. Reception hours: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, and the last experience time is 10:00 pm. As the sun starts to set, you can experience the sauna while watching the beautiful starry sky. Please specify your preferred time when applying. *It will take about 30 minutes to set up. *We may guide you at the same time as other customers. You can experience the sauna and camp at the same time. You can experience nature in your preferred style, such as a sauna experience during the day and a camping BBQ at night. If you would like to use the camping experience, you will need to apply separately, so please let us know at the reception. ~ Flow of the day ~ (Example) 9:00 Tent sauna experience begins * We will explain the precautions before starting. * Swimsuits, sauna hats, towels, etc. are not available for rental. 11:00 After the end, please use the coin shower. After warming up in the sauna, you can relax with cold water flowing from Ryusendo Cave.
Our facility is located at the foot of Mt. Ureira in a quiet area surrounded by nature. You can enjoy a sauna experience while being soothed by the cool breeze from the mountain and the sounds of birds and insects.
Ryusen Cave is a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk away, so after the sauna you can take a stroll around town and explore Iwaizumi Town.
