Plan description

Paddle your SUP smoothly across the calm lake surface. Start by sitting, then gradually stand up, slowly getting a feel for being on the water. Once you get used to balancing, set off on a lake tour with your guide! Take your time and listen to the calls of wild birds and the sound of the water dripping from your paddle, close your eyes and enjoy the scent of the trees. Try jumping around on the SUP, or of course, lie down and take a rest from time to time. The best thing about SUP is that you can enjoy it freely. Make sure to make some memories of your summer this year with a SUP on Lake Kuzuryu!

Take a leisurely stroll on the water on a SUP across the vast Lake Kuzuryu, surrounded by green mountains.

All you can hear is the sound of the paddles and the birds singing. Enjoy the spacious Lake Kuzuryu at your leisure.

Even beginners can ride a SUP with confidence.

JRCA certified staff will give you a thorough lecture, allowing you to learn the basics of SUP safely and enjoyably. The hard type SUP is extremely stable. Life jackets are also provided. Beginners are welcome to give it a try.
