This is a snowshoe tour that walks on high-quality powder snow based at Little Japan ECHIGO, a renovated traditional Japanese-style inn near the Nii-Tashiro Ski Resort. After the tour, you can relax in the warm Little Japan ECHIGO building with a pellet stove. In addition, we will be offering 10% off the cafe menu to those who participate. ~Procedure of the experience~ ① Reception and preparation You will receive reception and prepare snowshoes etc. at the hotel. ② Start snowshoeing ♪ Once you are ready, let's go into the silver world! ③ Take a break during the tea time course while looking at the snowy scenery ♪ Let's make tables and chairs with snow! ④On the way to the Nii Shrine course, there is also a bright red torii gate that stands out in the snow, which is one of the highlights! ⑤ End of experience After the experience is over, you can relax in the warm interior with a fireplace. You can also order drinks and snacks.
Located at an altitude of about 800m, the area around our hotel is covered in powder snow up to the second floor of the building in winter. Why not try walking on snowshoes on this softest snow, exploring remote, natural areas that are usually inaccessible due to the snow, and enjoying the quiet, snowy world with no one around?

The historic area of Futai The area where our hotel is located, called "Futai," is a post town on the Mikuni Kaido road, and is home to the Tomizawa family home, which is said to have been the former head inn. Many old buildings remain, allowing you to feel the atmosphere of the time.
