沖縄の伝統菓子「ちんすこう」作りを手軽に体験できます。
サクサクの食感と少し塩味がきいた、琉球時代から伝わる沖縄ならではのお菓子。

本来のちんすこうは豚の背脂を使いますが、
ここではヘルシーにしらしめ油を使って作ります。
匂いなどに癖がないので、ちんすこうが苦手という方でも美味しく召し上がっていただけます。

生地から形づくり、オーブンで焼いたできたてを
さんぴん茶（ジャスミン茶）と共にその場でたべることもできます。
ご家庭でも再現できるように、ちんすこうづくりのレシピをプレゼントします。

ラード・白砂糖不使用！ちんすこうが苦手な方、健康志向の方も美味しく食べれる

ちんすこうが苦手な方の中にはラードの独特の匂いが苦手という方も多いかもしれませんが、ラードを使用しないことで、ヘルシーかつ、癖のすくない「ちんすこう」を作ります。

海の見える絶景フィールド 観光地斎場御嶽のすぐ近くにあり、海までも２分ほどの立地です。海を眺めながら体験していただくことができます。

お子様も楽しめます こども達がお菓子作りが大好き。こども達に好きな形に成形してオリジナル「ちんすこう」を作ることもできます。

ヘルシーな油を使って、体にも優しいちんすこう作り 本来のちんすこうは、豚の背油であるラードを使用しますが、その独特なにおいが苦手な方も多くいらっしゃいます。ここでは、ラードの代わりに良質な油を使用し、体にも優しいちんすこうを作ります。お子様やヘルシー志向な方、ヴィーガンの方にも安心して召し上がっていただけます。
