You can make the ultimate sweet shrimp bowl using Mikuni sweet shrimp purchased from Mikuni Port Market, which boasts the largest catch in the prefecture. Don't miss this opportunity to experience making a sweet shrimp bowl using sweet shrimp from Mikuni, which is known for its melty, rich sweetness! The instructor will carefully support you from how to peel sweet shrimp to how to arrange it. You can also have fun learning trivia about amaebi. Arrange to your liking on top of rice made with Koshihikari rice from Fukui Prefecture, and your original sweet shrimp bowl is ready! After completion, it's time to eat at the attached restaurant! The taste of the rice bowl you made yourself is exceptional! Since no knives are used, even small children and people who are not good at cooking can enjoy this experience! There are several types of platters, so you can enjoy a variety of platters each time you participate. ★Flow of the day of the experience [STEP 1] 10:00-10:5 (about 5 minutes) Guidance starts [STEP 2] 10:5-11:00 (about 55 minutes) Amaebidon making experience starts! Approximately 25 minutes from Hokuriku Expressway "Kanazu IC" [About parking] There are 9 parking spaces in total: 2 in front of the store, 3 in the back of the store, and 4 in the alley behind the store. There is a parking lot for Mikuni Beach in front of the store (road along the coast). We recommend using the coastal road as it is wide and has a large parking lot. The parking lot at Mikuni Beach is free to use, except during the summer paid period.
