Plan description

We have prepared a plan where you can enjoy the "Japan's Best Imonikai Festival" in a slightly different way from the popular Imoni Chaya every time. Ta. All-you-can-drink local Yamagata sake and local wine as well as 3 types of imoni in a spacious space! Yamagata sweets, snacks, and pickles are also available. In addition, you can sample dishes using a hydrogen stove.

Yamagata's Autumn Local Food "Imoni" In autumn, in Yamagata, "Imoni party" is held at riverbeds in various places in the prefecture, and it is a spectacle of fun with family, friends and colleagues. Ingredients and seasonings for ``imoni'' differ depending on the region, but in Yamagata City, where the festival is held, taro, beef, konnyaku, and green onions are added to seasoned soy sauce-based imoni. This soy sauce-based imoni is also made in the big pot of the best imoni party festival in Japan.
