SUP (Stand Up Paddle) is a sport that can be enjoyed in nature while moving on the water of lakes, oceans, rivers, etc. Anyone can easily start with simple movements. Like walking on the water, you can enjoy the natural scenery and feel like an explorer. Another attractive feature is that by floating on the unstable water and balancing, you can easily train your core in nature. You can enjoy surfing in the ocean, exciting rapids in the river, and cruising in a gentle current. In addition to this, there are various ways to enjoy it according to your lifestyle and preferences, such as racing, fishing, and yoga fitness. Here at Lake Nojiri, you can experience a relaxing feeling that you can't experience in your everyday life, surrounded by abundant water and green nature. Please take this opportunity to try SUP!
*The guide will give a thorough lecture, so even inexperienced people or beginners who are unsure about operating a SUP can feel at ease. *You can enjoy the scenery of Lake Nojiri, which is rich in nature. *Comfortable tours and lessons in small groups. *We use the highest quality inflatable SUPs in the industry. *As it is based at a lakeside campsite, you can easily enjoy SUP while camping. To enjoy your first SUP, you will first practice basic operations such as how to use a paddle on land. You will also learn about safety and manners on the water. After that, you will actually float on the water and practice! Practice how to operate the paddle and how to balance. Once you get used to it, stand on the board and enjoy the unique view from the SUP's perspective and board control while balancing! You will wear a PFD (life jacket) during the experience, so you will not sink even if you fall in, and even those who are worried about swimming can participate with peace of mind.
