Basic rowing, how to use tools, and touring a short distance on the water. Even first-timers can enjoy the experience with peace of mind. Use a stable SUP board that you can ride with confidence. It is a board that is surprisingly easy to stand and does not fall easily. Why don't you paddle a little SUP to refresh yourself while traveling or on a business trip at a familiar waterside in your living area?

"First time SUP" is a program for inexperienced people or those who want to move their bodies a little. The time is only 75 minutes, so please feel free to join us for those who are not confident in their physical strength, those who want to enjoy a little activity in their spare time, and those who want to refresh themselves during a trip or business trip.
