Ride an electric bicycle and visit 2-3 farmers to buy ingredients! This is a hands-on tour where you can gather the seasonal ingredients of the day and make an original pizza full of local flavors. The setting is the suburbs of Tsuwano, in the scenic Satoyama area of Hatasako. Meet the locals, laugh, and enjoy a full day in 5 hours!
Born in Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture. When I happened to participate in Yu-na's monitor tour, I fell in love with Tsuwano at first sight. The Hatagasako district, where the “original Japanese way of life” that is close to the seasons is still alive If you ride a bicycle for 15 minutes from the center of Tsuwano, there is the stage of this tour, Hatasako district. Tsuwano is rich in nature thanks to the Takatsu River, the clearest stream in Japan, and the Chugoku Mountains that surround the town. Nowadays, if you go to a supermarket, you can always get a variety of ingredients. However, Japan has four seasons and ingredients have seasons.
