A real fisherman experience in Setouchi, you can comfortably experience the site of a fisherman without getting wet because you move on a separate boat. It offers a live experience that is different from sightseeing on a sightseeing boat, and is recommended as a study tour to learn about environmental and resource issues while having fun. After the tour, please enjoy the local gourmet (10knot Miyakubo red sea bream rice bowl).

■From Okayama or Hiroshima (about 1 hour and 50 minutes) From Okayama (Hiroshima) IC, enter the Sanyo Expressway and Shimanami Kaido, and get off at Oshima Kita IC. To the destination via National Route 317 and Prefectural Route 49. ■ From Matsuyama (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes) From Matsuyama city, take Route 196 to Imabari IC, enter Shimanami Kaido and get off at Oshima Minami IC. To the destination via National Route 317 and Prefectural Route 49. If you use car navigation, it will be displayed on telephone (0897) 86-3323. Parking lot: 30 cars, large buses: OK

If you arrive by other means of transportation

From Matsuyama Airport, take the limousine bus to JR Matsuyama Station, then take the limited express Shiokaze train to Imabari Station. Take the bus bound for Omishima and get off at Ishibunka Park. Transfer to Shimauchi Bus and get off at Oshima Office. 15 minutes walk to destination.
