Enjoy the sunset and night of Ishigaki Island! ・April-June: The dancing Yaeyama fireflies! ・The hanging flowers that bloom at night in June-July! This is a nature night tour! The tour time is 2.5 hours, from 18:00-20:30 (30 minutes earlier or later depending on the season). In addition to fireflies and hanging flowers, look for rare nocturnal creatures such as Ryukyu scops owls and coconut crabs. On clear days, a starry sky that has been certified as Japan's first "starry sky conservation area" spreads above your head. Lovers, families, and solo travelers are all welcome. Be sure to take a look at the nature and night sky that can only be seen here. During the drive, a guide who knows Ishigaki Island inside and out will show you tourist spots and secret information, so you won't get bored.
From April to June, the powerful light emitted by their tiny bodies, just 2mm long, dances across the night sky, creating a truly natural illumination! In Honshu, the best time to see fireflies is June to July, but in the warm climate of Ishigaki Island, you can enjoy them earlier.
This tour, available only in June and July, allows you to see the beautiful, fantastical white flowers of the hanging flowers. It is difficult to find the right timing to see the hanging flowers in full bloom. If you join the tour, a guide will guide you through the jungle at night, so you can reach the destination safely.

Sagaribana in full bloom Barringtonia can also be seen on Ishigaki Island for a limited time from May to October. Barringtonia is a flower that blooms only at night and is said to be a phantom flower, and in Japan it can only be seen in Okinawa Prefecture. Limited time only! Dance of fireflies The Yaeyama Hime Firefly is Japan's smallest precious firefly that can only be seen from March to June. Large individuals grow to over 40 centimeters, spread their legs to more than 1 meter, weigh more than 4 kilograms, and their pincer force is said to rival that of a lion! *It is dangerous, so please do not approach it even if you find it.
