Plan description

Item No. P018521●Enjoy traditional performing arts from Edo in Kagurazaka! Ozashiki-asobi has an image of a high threshold that you can't set foot in. So, I rented out a tatami room for lunch at Pokecal! Invited to the banquet is "Taikomochi," which is said to be one of only five people left in Japan today! Lunch is included at Kagurazaka's long-established eel restaurant "Kagurazaka Shimakane". Belonged to the Tokyo Art Theater in 1967. Later, he studied under Shicho Yanagiya, a Shinnai nagashi master, and began training in Edo music. In 1979, he became a member of Yugentei Gyokusuke, the foremost parlor artist, and was given the stage name of Tamahachi. He also appeared in Takeshi Kitano's "Zatoichi" and the NHK serial drama "Saka no Ue no Kumo". ●What is Taikomochi? ``Taikomochi'' is also known as ``Hokan.'' At banquets and ozashiki gei (Japanese-style taiko performances), the performers of the Genroku era entertained the hosts and guests, performed their own tricks, and even helped geisha and maiko to liven up the atmosphere. A traditional art handed down from 1688 to 1704. Performers are also called 'male geisha' because they are male occupations. Currently, there are only a few people in Japan, so it is considered a rare art. ●Lunch at a long-established store Unagi Kappo “Shimankin” is a long-established store with a long history of 150 years since its founding. Unagi Gozen is a multi-tiered box filled with kaiseki cuisine made from the fruits of the sea and mountains. Enjoy eel on rice with our secret sauce and carefully selected seasonal kaiseki cuisine. For those who don't like eel, Makunouchi-zen is available. *Please select according to your preference.・Eel set meal: 10,890 yen ・Makunouchi meal (without eel): 9,460 yen You can choose for an additional charge of 1,000 yen (tax included). We cannot accept seat assignments. *For 2 people, you will be seated across from each other, and for 3-4 people, you will be seated in the 1st and 2nd rows. Due to seat restrictions, we cannot accept more than 5 people in the front seats. *If there are more participants, we may not be able to secure seats. *Due to seat allocation, those who have not applied for this plan may be seated together or next to each other. *The above front seat plan (+1,000 yen) will be applied from April 2019.
