プールや浅い海でマスクの使い方や水中での呼吸の仕方などを教わったら、サポートするダイビングリーダーと一緒に海へ入りましょう。ぜひ海の無重力感を体験して下さい。
It is a program that allows you to experience the underwater world in a fun and easy way before you start diving in earnest. After learning how to use a mask in the pool or in the shallow water and how to breathe in the water, go into the sea with a supporting diving leader.
