If you arrive by car

◇ From Tokyo: From the Tohoku Expressway (Utsunomiya IC), take the Nikko Utsunomiya Toll Road / Imaichi IC (Imaichi / Kinugawa Onsen exit) and take National Highway 121 toward Kinugawa Onsen (about 15 minutes from Imaichi IC). Alternatively, take the Dosawa IC on the Nikko Utsunomiya Toll Road (Imaichi / Kinugawa exit) and take the general road for about 25 minutes.

If you arrive by train

From Tobu Asakusa Station: Directly from "Tobu Asakusa Station" Take the "Tobu Kinugawa Line" and get off at "Kinugawa Onsen Station", take a local bus for about 15 minutes, or take a taxi for about 10 minutes. Take the direct limited express "Kinugawa" or "Spaceia Kinugawa" and get off at "Kinugawa Onsen Station", take the local bus for about 15 minutes, or take the taxi for about 10 minutes.

If you arrive by other means of transportation

A free shuttle bus runs between Nikko Toshogu Omotesando and Nikko Edomura.
