A retreat where you can have an extraordinary experience in Kamakura, a tourist destination surrounded by the sea and mountains that can be reached in an hour from the city center. * What is a yoga retreat? * Experience the extraordinary and harmonize with yourself Yoga is Union (harmony) It is not only a pose, but it creates a gap in the overflowing daily life. Beginners and those with a stiff body can do it without difficulty. If you don't want to exercise, you can feel free to experience yoga lectures, sleeping yoga, etc. Move your body, earthing in the sea, eat a recommended lunch, heal your body with a free sightseeing massage, and recharge your energy before returning to your busy daily life.
You can choose a yoga experience on the beach or a yoga experience at a yoga salon. Those who are not good at exercise can experience light stretching and sleeping yoga. *Indoors only in case of rain
Walk on the beach, explain how to earthing and experience a beach detox. *Work indoors in case of rain
