A quiet time to face yourself. How about a hands-on training of zazen? A monk will carefully guide you. After zazen (zazen), we will have morning porridge at a Zen temple. Pray before meals and learn the spirit of “itadakimasu”. Sutra chanting, zazen, morning porridge, service, tea ceremony Target: Elementary school students and above (those who can sit quietly) Experience time: 5:00 to 8:30 in the morning
